What we collect, and what we do not
If you write to us by email, we see your name, your address and your message, and nothing else. This website keeps no analytics, sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers of any kind.
How we secure information
Data is exchanged over encrypted connections, stored on systems reachable only by authorized staff, and API credentials are kept in secure storage rather than in code or documents.
Marketplace data and the Selling Partner API
To run our ViewJoy stores we read data from our own Amazon seller accounts through the Selling Partner API. That data covers our own listings, inventory, orders, pricing and settlement figures, and it is used for nothing beyond operating this business. We never request or process information belonging to another seller.
Who else can see it
No one, with two narrow exceptions: disclosures required by law, and service providers (for example our cloud host) who process data on our behalf under contract, for that purpose only. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
How long we keep it
Email correspondence is kept while the conversation is open plus a short record-keeping period. Marketplace data is deleted once the business purpose it served has ended.
Your choices
Write to our contact address to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We handle such requests within a reasonable time.
If this policy changes
Updates are published on this page together with a new effective date, so the version you read here is always the one in force.
